Sale of the BARE PROPERTY of this fantastic villa in El Paraíso, 29688 Estepona.
The current owners reserve the right of use and enjoyment of the property for 2 years. After the 2 years are due, they have to leave the house. The property has a market value of 560.000€.
Once the sale of the bare property has been formalised, and during the 2 years usufruct period, the expenses of the property will be distributed as follows:
- The buyer will start to assume the annual Real Estate Tax and the building insurance.

Entering the garden of Villa Jas from the road (Avenida del Pilar) you can turn right and walk along a patio area, then on turning left you will see the raised seating area outside the lounge. Looking to the wall on the right-hand side you can see the fishpond, built against the wall. Slightly further on there is a grass area and then the large swimming pool which is kidney shaped with steps leading down into it. Walking slightly to the left round the corner of the house there is a private sunbathing/seating area with a built-in barbecue.
Entering the garden from the main gate and turning left in the opposite direction is another grass area with a washing line (near to the front door of the house). There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby. There are also all the essential shops, banks, chemists, dentists and doctors. The area has excellent access to Malaga Airport and also Gibraltar Airport. There are lots of beautiful villages and towns to visit slightly inland – the nearest being Cancelada. Not much further away are Estepona, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Ronda, Benahavis, Casares, Mijas and Istan are also easy to travel to. There are plenty of buses which will take you to Marbella or anywhere along the coast (even to the airport). Taxis are also available at all times.
The sea is very close by, within walking distance, just across the main road. The beach is peaceful and relaxing and has some lovely Chiringuitos where you can sample grilled sardines and lots of other specialities.
